|---|
A maturity matrix is a way to plot change. This maturity matrix refers to sustainability in the event management industry, and has been created specifically for use with this tool. Maturity Matricies are practical guides and you can create your own matrix.
| | How do I use a maturity matrix? |
|---|
Read the maturity matrix and for each section plot where you think you are currently (along the left hand side you will see 5 sections which are then split into subsections. Along the top of the tool you will see there are three possible categories, minimal, improving or engaged.) Then plot where you would like to get to in the near future. Ideally moving from minimal towards engaged. It may be that you are already at the best part of the Maturity Matrix, or that you do not move along the matrix or for this event have not moved along the matrix. Each event can potentially result in a different position on the maturity matrix. | | Why should I use a maturity matrix? |
|---|
By using the maturity matrix you will be able to plot your journey towards sustainability. This is a useful planning tool for both your events and your organisation. | | Who made this Maturity Matrix? |
|---|
This Maturity Matrix was made by Organise This with reference to their experience of delivering sustainable events.
